Winfield has a clear understanding of clean fuels issues. Libyan products intended for external markets will have to meet the specifications of those markets (low sulfur gasoline, benzene and aromatics limits in gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel, etc). This requires processing configurations that don’t presently exist in Libya.
